What to Expect From Your Resident Manager

Community Corp. Resident Managers are part-time managers, and do not hold fixed office hours at any of Community Corp.’s properties.  Community Corp.’s resident managers ensure that their assigned property(ies) is managed effectively, and our residents are well served.  Their primary duties include rent collection, submitting and following up on work orders to Community Corp.’s Maintenance Department, hosting open houses for vacant units, making sure that the property is free of hazards and has desirable curb appeal.”

If you need to speak with someone immediately about a property management issue and your resident manager is not available, we encourage you to call the main office at (310) 394-8487 and ask to speak to the property supervisor for your building during regular business hours (8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Thursday).

Emergencies

If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911. A life-threatening emergency is any situation that requires the immediate presence of a firefighter, paramedic or police officer.

After Hour Property-Threatening Emergencies

If you have a property-threatening emergency outside of regular business hours, and you cannot reach your resident manager or property supervisor, please call (310) 394-3698 to be connected to a live person. Please do not leave a voicemail—call back until you reach someone live.
