Restore

Community Corp. works to restore neglected properties and preserve historically significant structures for the future. Renovating existing buildings improves neighborhoods and reduces the amount of natural resources used for housing – the greenest building is the one that has already been built. We are also constantly inspecting our properties to identify issues and implement on-going retrofits to improve them.
