Typical 3-bedroom units are about 1,000 to 1,100 s.f., with two baths and a kitchen. Through units with single loaded walkways improve air circulation, cooling, shading and lighting. Density could range from 40 to 70 units per net acre. Buildings vary from 2 to 4 stories. Height is sometimes traded from more open space.
